Reiki + Gong: Autumn Equinox

Reiki+Gong is a quarterly special event that combines the balancing energies of sound and reiki – to recharge and reset.

Immerse yourself in a combination of balancing therapies involving sound and touch. You’ll engage in a non-contact reiki session before resting in the vibrations of a gong bath, while receiving distance Reiki healing.

In this session, you will receive an attunement from the Reiki Master that gives you temporary access to reiki, which you can use during the session while immersed in the gentle sound vibrations of the gong.

Reiki, a gentle but powerful therapy that works with the body’s innate healing capabilities. It helps to promote and accelerate the body’s healing process and restore balance on the physical, mental and emotional levels.

Gong baths are sound meditation classes using the harmonics and vibrations of the gong to facilitate deep relaxation and release. The vibrational energy of a gong bath can recharge, open and clear the body, mind and spirit.
