In this foundational course, you will learn techniques that allow you to give an effective treatment to yourself and love ones. This workshop is great for anyone who wants to reduce stress and anxiety, increase vitality and calmness, and a good introduction to energy/healing.
Reiki is very easy to use which makes it ideal for people who are new to natural health and healing methods. Reiki treatment is also safe for people of all ages and life stages.
No special gift is required to learn Reiki, anyone can have Reiki activated in their hands. Reiki flow is permanent for life after the workshop.
The weekend is experiential with plenty of practice giving treatments to self and others.

- 4 Reiki Attunements
- Balancing technique for the Chakra system
- Full body healing treatment for self and others
- First aid treatment
- Giving others a Reiki treatment
- Giving Reiki to animals and plants
- Intuitive Healing treatment

We teach the traditional Usui method with no belief system, religious bias or spiritual background.
